Support group 

Runs every other Thursday 5:30-7pm with the next group being on the 22nd February

Anyone 18+ living with any form of disordered eating, no diagnosis needed.

Not a clinical service

Focus solely on wellbeing and creating a safe and patient space for those who need support.

Each group has a theme, which members discuss and provide peer-support around, as well as sharing their own challenges.

Monday to Friday 2 - 6pm for children and young people aged 11 - 18 and up to 25 for people with SEND to access one to one support on any issues that may be affecting them. From family problems and bullying to worrying and anxiety our team offer comprehensive support aimed at helping young people move forward.

Accessing The Drop In is easy. No appointment is needed so just Drop In!

POD - Beat's support hub for carers - Online Peer Support 

POD (Peer support and Online Development) is Beat's online learning platform designed to provide anyone supporting someone with an eating disorder with a space to learn, share experiences and find community through online courses, workshops and forums.

Through POD, you can access a wide range of interactive e-learning modules to learn more about the basics of eating disorders and useful tools to support your loved one in recovery.
